GARANTIA LIMITADA
SOUL Limited (“Company”) warrants to the original retail purchaser of this product that should the product or any part thereof are proven defective in material or workmanship within 1 year from the date of original purchase, such defects will be repaired or replaced, at the Company’s option, without charge for parts or labor.
For the European Union only, SOUL will give a Limited Warranty of 2 year on this product.

Esta garantia é limitada, exclusiva e substitui todas e quaisquer outras garantias, expressas ou implícitas, incluindo, sem limitação, as garantias implícitas de comercialização e adequação a um fim específico e qualquer obrigação, responsabilidade, direito, reivindicação ou solução contratual ou ilícita, decorrente ou não de negligência da empresa, real ou imputada. Nenhuma pessoa ou representante está autorizado a assumir pela empresa qualquer outra responsabilidade relacionada à venda deste produto. Em nenhum caso a empresa será responsável por danos indiretos, incidentais, punitivos ou conseqüentes. Esta garantia é limitada ao reparo ou substituição do produto. Em nenhum caso a empresa será responsável por mais do que o preço de compra do produto.

This Case# is valid for 7 days only, starting from its first issuance. No warranty will be processed in the absence of the Case#.

GARANTIA EXTENDIDA
This Extended Warranty Service (the "Service") is offered by SOUL Limited (“SOUL”), Your rights and obligations under this Service become operative from the date of expiry of the original warranty in relation to the SOUL product which you have purchased through www.soulnation.com only. This extended warranty is exclusive to registered members of SOULNATION.
This Service must be registered no later than 30 days prior to the expiry of the original warranty via online registration on the following site do Network Development Group. Upon successful registration, you will receive an email notification for confirmation of your enrollment.
This warranty is limited, exclusive and in lieu of any and all other warranties, expressed or implied, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and any obligation, liability, right, claim or remedy in contract or tort, whether or not arising from the company’s negligence, actual or imputed. No person or representative is authorized to assume for the company any other liability in connection with this sale of this product. In no event shall company be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product. In no event shall the company be liable for more than the purchase price of the product.
